Got my feet wet getting that one, Janet. Although I go equipped for walking in the mountains I didn’t take into account the boggy marshy conditions, stepped on what I thought was solid ground and was up to my anles in water straight away. Fortunately I keep spares in the car, just in case.
Love love love this. Not only is it a terrific photo, but this is “my” kind of country.

Serene, barren, rugged with a stormy looking sky. Lots of drama in the scene and the leafless tree is the perfect accent. Love it.

Taken in the middle of the Snowdonia National Park, Yvonne. That wall goes round to a small stone house which is almost derelict now.

It’s a shame that the old stone house was not preserved. That would be so interesting to see and or photograph.

Mike, I like this shot so much. The stone wall, tree, water; the three peaks; the sky. Remarkable.
